In conjunction with the exhibition The Ruth Borchard Collection: Artists’ Self Portraits, The Lightbox gallery will host Richard Borchard, son of Ruth Borchard, and Dr Robert Travers, Director of Piano Nobile gallery, on 7 April 2017 at 1pm for a lunchtime talk.
The talk will explore a childhood and an upbringing in the context of a mother with a life-long passion for collecting, in Richard Borchard’s own words, revealing a unique insight into the fascinating life of Ruth Borchard.
